JEWELLERY RETURNS – FOR EXCHANGE/CREDIT OR FULL REFUND

EXCHANGES AND ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Jewellery Items may be returned for credit or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition and accompanied by original gift box with all certificates, warranties and explanation booklets intact. Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

ALL OF OUR CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS may be swapped out for another year’s ornament with no paperwork/receipt required. They are all the same price and so an even exchange is always granted. If the new ornament is not available, the exchange will happen once it is stocked. (All ornaments are continually replenished as needed).

FULL REFUNDS

At Walker Christopher Ltd. we appreciate that jewellery buying online is challenging to gauge size and weight and how it will look on the client.

Thus, Walker Christopher Ltd. will offer a FULL refund to clients provided that the Client advises us within 24 hours of receipt of an item and trying it on that it is not what they expected/anticipated or that the size or length doesn’t work. At that time that we are notified, a reasonable timeframe will be agreed with the client for item return. The only loss or risk will be shipping charges which cannot be refunded for International Delivery. Once the item is received back a FULL REFUND will be credited to your card or bank account.

Special Orders

All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non–cancellable. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone, or watch that has to be ordered to accommodate the client‘s request for an alternative style, size, metal, or color that is not available in stock.

Custom Work

Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems, and labor furnished for a specific dient. Custom jewelry is non–refundable and requires a 50% non–refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client‘s satisfaction.

Layaway Policy

Layaway payments are required at least every 30 days. Articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 180 days from the date on this receipt. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment beyond the end of this period, the item(s) will be returned to stock. At our discretion only, layaways may be canceled in the event of special circumstances. In such a case a restocking fee of 15% of the original invoice will be charged, with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit only.
